Christopher Daigle is a graduate student in the economics PhD program at UConn. He holds a BA of economics with a quantitative emphasis along with minors in mathematics and applied mathematics from Boise State University and an AAS of intelligence operations from Cochise College. He has researched education, poverty, and economic growth; he has a specific interest in institutional economics and statistics. Previously, Christopher worked as a pilot testing systems and instructing other pilots in the private sector. Before that, he served for 6 years in the United States Army, and enjoyed extensive international travel in his work and leisure. He has an eclectic taste for culture that includes non-objective painting, contemporary literary fiction, and film.
