Professor Naknoi’s work is at the intersection of international finance and trade. Her research studies have been published in leading academic journals, the Cambridge University Press, the Oxford University Press, and the ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute. She taught at Purdue University and held a visiting position at UC Davis, Hitotsubashi University, the University of Tokyo, Waseda University, the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, the International Monetary Fund, and the Asian Development Bank Institute. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Stanford University. She was born in Thailand in 1973.
